Depending on client preferences one of the two approaches is used:

  • Conduct TNA, identify gaps, develop a training module based on needs, build capacity of resources.
  • Extend capacity building beyond the classroom to mentoring at the work place.

Approach adopted by BE towards an Organization’s Capacity Building is a four quadrant approach specially designed by BE for its clients, which is:

  • Mentoring

Some of BE's capacity building modules include:

Project Management :
The PMP certified trainers with BE have conducted several "PMP Exam Prep" sessions, and "PMP Study Facilitation" sessions. BE also coaches its clients on Other PMI standards such as:

  • Work Breakdown Structure
  • Risk Management Standard
  • PMI Government Extension
  • Earned Value

Communication Management:
BE is also actively involved to start the "Toastmasters International" club near to its clients in Islamabad which will help its clients to enhance their communication and leadership skills as per proven methods of TI.

Report Writing:
Report writing workshops have been conducted for NGO sector to enable them in meeting donor requirements. This one day session has practical tips, methods and templates that are useful in report writing and may be used to enhance report writing skills. existing work of clients is also assessed and feedback given during the workshop. If clients require there is a follow up session to fill in the gaps in learning.

Management Tools:
Management tools such as Earned value management, decision trees, work breakdown structures, IT based tools etc are taught based on client's projects.
