The framework draws on the principal consultants expertise as well as inculcates standard practices.

Business Process Re-engineering (BPR):
We develop improvement models for our clients by first developing a descriptive model, a predictive model and then a prescriptive model for bringing about a change for improvement. The approach taken is either micro or macro based on client needs and suitability of external and internal factors
